Task Orchestrator
A wish board with a dispatcher behind it: write what you want done, and executor agents run queued wishes in parallel while a reviewer agent audits each result before you accept it. The dispatcher lives in the extension host, so it keeps running with the panel closed.
Task Orchestrator is a paid extension priced at US$1.99 (One-time purchase). The final total and billing terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. A licence covers 5 devices, and the signed receipt keeps working offline for up to 30 days with a re-check every 14 days — a receipt lease, not the purchase duration. Buying needs a Visorn account; running the board does not. Model usage is billed separately by the provider you configured.
Needs Visorn installed on this computer. If you do not have it yet, install the package below manually.

What it does
- A board of wishes Each card carries its status, sub-tasks, every executor report and every review verdict.
- Dispatcher, not a button A 1 s tick fills executor slots with queued or rejected work and reviewer slots with finished work, up to the parallelism you set.
- Executor → reviewer loop The reviewer's verdict is parsed as pass or reject; a reject returns the wish with the feedback attached to the next executor prompt.
- Status you can drive Send back to executor, review now, suspend or resume, abort one run, reorder, reassign the agent, edit sub-tasks by hand.
- Bounded retries After the configured number of rejected rounds the wish is parked as blocked with a reason and skipped until you send it back.
- Runs without the panel Start and stop the dispatcher from the command palette, or let a daily start/stop window do it, and stop when the queue drains.
How a wish moves
- Backlog → Queued. Starting the dispatcher queues everything still in the backlog.
- Executing. An executor agent works it; it may move sub-tasks between to do and pending review, but only the reviewer or you can mark one done.
- Pending review → Reviewing. A reviewer agent audits the result.
- Approved or Rejected. Pass ends the round (you can still send it back); reject re-queues it for the executor with the feedback.
- Blocked. Out of attempts, or a run was stopped outside the board — parked for a human rather than retried.
A reviewer that could not start (rather than rejecting the work) blocks the wish with a reason instead of silently spending another executor round.
Agents, and whose model runs them
- Two roles, filled from your agents. The board needs an executor and a reviewer. It asks the app for its shipped presets (a planner/executor and an auditor) and creates them once per workspace when the agent list is empty; you can reassign either role per wish.
- Your model provider does the work. Runs go through the app's agent capability to the provider you configured in Visorn. The prompt contains the wish, its sub-tasks and recent reports, so that text leaves your machine and goes to that provider. Model usage is billed by your provider, separately from this extension's price.

No credentials are in the package.
There is no API key or account secret inside the
.vsx; keys stay with the app and your provider. -
Permissions:
agent.invoke(start, stream, abort agent runs),agent.manage(create the executor/reviewer presets),ui.notify(dispatcher and provisioning messages),storage(the board snapshot, scoped to the workspace). The two agent permissions are high risk, so the app asks you when installing and enabling.
Price, licence and billing
- Paid extension. The price is US$1.99 (One-time purchase). The final total and billing terms are shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase.
- Sign in to buy, not to run. Purchasing a licence requires a Visorn account. Running the extension does not — the board never asks you to sign in.
- 5 devices per licence. One licence activates Task Orchestrator on up to five devices.
- A 30-day receipt lease, not a 30-day purchase. The signed receipt keeps working offline for up to 30 days and is re-checked every 14 days while the app is online. Those numbers describe offline tolerance and re-validation, not how long the licence lasts.
- Model usage is charged separately. Agent runs are billed by the model provider you configured in Visorn, under your own account with that provider. Those charges are not part of this extension's price and are not collected by Visorn.

Install
- Requires a Visorn build that supports the signed preinstalled-extension lifecycle — one that can install, update and reinstall a package whose ID also ships with the app. Older builds may reject a package with an existing ID.

What this page does not claim
- Not "everything stays local". The board's own state and your workspace files are not uploaded by this extension, but the agent runs it dispatches send task text to the model provider you configured.
- No source or licence-terms claim. Whether this paid extension's source is published, and under which terms, is not asserted here.
