1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to visorn.dev, the Visorn desktop app and any paid extension offered through them. By using the site or buying a licence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a licence.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you stronger rights than these terms, that law applies and these terms do not reduce those rights.
2. The product and its licences
The Visorn desktop app and each extension are separate products. The app's source is distributed under Apache License 2.0. Each extension identifies its own licence in its package; being paid does not determine that licence. These terms do not limit rights granted by Apache-2.0 or any other open-source or third-party licence included with an extension.
Each paid extension is purchased separately at the price and billing terms displayed before you confirm payment. One purchase activates that extension on up to 5 devices under the purchasing account. The current products and billing models are on the pricing page. A purchase of one extension does not grant access to other paid extensions. Paid service entitlements cannot be transferred or resold unless separately permitted; this does not restrict rights granted by the software's own licence.
3. Accounts
Buying a paid extension requires a Visorn account. Running the extension does not require you to be signed in. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Tell us through the support form if you believe your account has been compromised. Account and data requests are handled as described in the privacy notice.
4. Orders, payment and tax
Paddle is the seller of record for payments and applicable taxes. Paddle handles the payment transaction and the tax charged on it. Each product's final total, including applicable taxes, currency and billing terms, is displayed before you confirm payment.
Begin a purchase inside Visorn under Settings → Extensions, on the selected extension's licence card. Secure checkout opens in your browser. This website collects no payment details. The pricing page lists current products and billing models.
5. Delivery and activation in the app
After payment is confirmed, a paid entitlement is delivered inside the app. Nothing
is shipped physically. Entitlement is validated against https://license.visorn.dev from
inside Visorn. Wallet payments and payment notifications can take several minutes.
The signed receipt keeps working offline for up to 30 days and is re-checked every 14 days while Visorn is online. Those numbers describe offline tolerance and re-validation; they are not the duration of the licence. No lifetime licence or perpetual availability is promised.
6. Your responsibility when agents work
Agent output can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing it before you accept it, publish it, run it or rely on it. You are also responsible for the instructions and content you give the agents, and for what you do with their output.
Do not treat agent output as legal, medical, financial or other licensed professional advice. Use qualified human review where the consequences of a wrong answer matter.
7. Acceptable use
These rules apply to paid extension licences and the services. They do not narrow the rights the Apache License 2.0 gives you in the app's source.
- Do not use Visorn or its extensions to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to bypass licence checks, device limits or other entitlement controls.
- Do not disrupt the licence service, this website or the service of a model provider.
- Do not resell or redistribute a paid licence unless you have written permission to do so. This restriction applies to paid licences and does not limit Apache-2.0 rights in the app's source.
8. Third-party services
Visorn relies on other services for parts of the product: the model provider you configure, Paddle for payments and tax, Firebase Authentication for sign-in, and Cloudflare for hosting and licence infrastructure. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their processing. Visorn does not control their availability, prices or processing.
Model usage is charged separately by the provider you choose. Those charges are not part of the extension price and are not collected by Visorn.
9. Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund policy explains how to ask, what a refund does to the licence, and how statutory rights apply. A refund revokes the paid licence; it does not delete your files.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right you have under mandatory consumer law, including statutory withdrawal, refund or warranty rights. There is no blanket waiver of rights. If any part of these terms conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails and the rest of the terms continue to apply.
11. Changes and availability
Features and availability may change as the product develops. No lifetime licence, fixed minimum term or perpetual availability is promised. The version of these terms published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
12. Website operator
The website and product are maintained by the Visorn project maintainer, pokipoki (GitHub: pokipoi). Contact the maintainer using the public GitHub support form for product questions. When checkout opens, Paddle's buyer terms and the seller information displayed at checkout will apply to payment transactions. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
13. Contact
Use the public support / contact form (GitHub) for questions about these terms or an order. Do not post private payment data — card numbers, bank details or full receipts — in a public issue. For account data requests, see the privacy notice.
